I have over 15 years of finance shared service experience. My key competences include shared services end to end set up, project management (over 8 years), financial performance and continuous improvement programs, global system implementation, change management, and major restructuring (including complex transitions, business process re-engineering. organizational structure changes).

Former Project and Transition Manager, Shared Services & Outsourcing Leader,  where I led transitions shared accounting centre for EMEA region. Earlier, I held responsibility for roll out and implementation of Concur and Ariba in shared accounting services centre in EMEA Cluster plus Russia, Israel and Turkey. I have also held the role of Single Point of Contact of Avon Shared Service Centre for North America with oversight of their EMEA and NA SSC operation and built the escalation department.

European and North America Finance SSC performance assessment in terms of stabilization and optimization, support in improvement initiatives implementation. Assistance in big transition from USA to Poland and India in order to determine vision and plan for SSC growth and development (Global Business Services model consideration), Drives SSC design within the global mandate, managing implementation roadmap and lead the global project team.

Shared Services Centres environment to build the project portfolio to meet global requirements in terms of global transformation in Heidelberg, design the structures within the global mandate, create the Project Management model for Heidelberg, successful transition all finance proceses in EMEA region, Asia and America

 Leading the implementation of EMEA SSC consistent with strategic transitions, managing and overseeing migrations to the Centre together with managing the overall effective operation to achieve the desired Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. Leading change processes, driving continuous improvement through enhanced cost effectiveness together with the pursuit of service excellence.

 Managing transition of newly designed processes such as P2P, T&E, AR, GL, and O2C, Procurement to SSC, Developing and supporting operation function to introduce and implement standard policies and procedures, process maps, leading  strategic projects.

Project Manager  Function to design the effective model to achieve best results in cost improvement, best ERP implementation like JDE, Oracle, Concur, SAP, Ariba, well designed and optimized business processes. Shared Service Centre implementation (strategy, design, migration and optimization).
