I have over 15 years of finance shared service experience. My key competences include shared services end to end set up, project management (over 8 years), financial performance and continuous improvement programs, global system implementation, change management, and major restructuring (including complex transitions, business process re-engineering. organizational structure changes).
Former Project and Transition Manager, Shared Services & Outsourcing Leader, where I led transitions shared accounting centre for EMEA region. Earlier, I held responsibility for roll out and implementation of Concur and Ariba in shared accounting services centre in EMEA Cluster plus Russia, Israel and Turkey. I have also held the role of Single Point of Contact of Avon Shared Service Centre for North America with oversight of their EMEA and NA SSC operation and built the escalation department.
European and North America Finance SSC performance assessment in terms of stabilization and optimization, support in improvement initiatives implementation. Assistance in big transition from USA to Poland and India in order to determine vision and plan for SSC growth and development (Global Business Services model consideration), Drives SSC design within the global mandate, managing implementation roadmap and lead the global project team.
