§1 General Information
The owner of annakucma.com website and personal data administrator is Anna Kućma.
For the interpretation of terms the glossary of Terms and Conditions shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
For the purpose of better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term „User” has been replaced by „you”, „Administrator” – „I”. The term „RODO” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
I respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

§2 Data Administrator
I collect information that you provide voluntarily
Personal data are obtained while filling in the form. It means that if you fill in and send a form on annakucma.com website, I process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address.
Personal data are used only to respond to the inquiry from the form if you have agreed to it.
I am not responsible for the content of comments posted by readers of the Site and blog. I reserve the right not to post spam comments, offensive comments, comments containing vulgar or offensive phrases, illegal content or containing any links to other sites.
The content of the site can be viewed without providing any data.
Personal data is processed:

b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy
c) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform Services provided electronically

§3 Cookies and other tracking technologies
Cookies (so-called „cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Website.
